Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a hypnosis method created by Dolores Cannon, an author and researcher known for her work exploring spirituality, metaphysics, past lives, spiritual evolution, lost civilizations, and extraterrestrial life.
A QHHT session is a deeply personal experience designed to explore the subconscious, past-life experiences, and the possible connections between those experiences and a person’s current life.
A complete session takes place in three parts, all within the same session.
PART 1: THE INTERVIEW
The session begins with an extensive personal interview.
The client shares information about their life, family, parents, relationships, experiences, challenges, and anything else they feel is relevant to their journey.
Before the session, the client is also invited to prepare a list of questions.
These questions can be about anything that feels important to explore:
-
Physical or emotional experiences
-
Relationships and recurring patterns
-
Fears, challenges, or unexplained feelings
-
Personal or spiritual questions
-
Life purpose and direction
-
Experiences from childhood
-
Questions about past lives
-
Questions about recurring dreams or experiences
-
Any other question the client feels called to ask
-
CLIENT IS ENCOURAGED TO LIST ALL ILLNES AND DISEASES, BEING THAT PHYSICAL HEALING OFFEN OCCURS DURING SESSION
There is no guarantee that every question will be answered. Some questions may be explored, some may not be relevant to the session, and unexpected information may emerge instead.
The purpose of this first part is to understand the client’s story and identify the areas they would like to explore or bring attention to during the hypnosis.
PART 2: PAST-LIFE REGRESSION
The second part is the hypnosis and regression.
The client enters a deeply relaxed state and is guided into what is described within the QHHT method as a past-life experience.
The facilitator gently guides and interviews the client as they describe what they are experiencing.
The experience may reveal details about a different time, place, identity, relationships, circumstances, or events. The focus is not simply on discovering a past-life story, but on exploring what the experience may have to reveal about the client’s present life.
From this point forward, the session is recorded.
The recording is given to the client afterward so they can listen to the experience again. Within the QHHT approach, listening to the recording afterward is considered an important part of integrating the experience.
PART 3: THE SUBCONSCIOUS
The third part is the interview with what QHHT refers to as the Subconscious.
The facilitator acts as a guide and asks questions on the client’s behalf.
This part explores why the particular experience or past-life material was presented, what relationship it may have to the client’s current life, and what deeper understanding may be available.
Questions prepared during the first part of the session can be explored here.
Within the QHHT framework, this is also the part of the session where physical, emotional, mental, or psychological healing may be requested or experienced.
The intention is to explore the possible root or meaning behind experiences, patterns, and challenges, rather than simply focusing on the surface.
RETURNING
At the end of the session, the client is gently guided back from the experience and returns to ordinary waking awareness.
The past-life experience and the connection with the Subconscious are brought to completion, and the client awakens feeling present and grounded.
The client then receives the recording of the hypnosis portion of the session to listen to afterward and continue integrating the experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
QHHT is an in-person experience.
Because the session can involve deeply emotional or unexpected experiences, the client needs to be physically present with the facilitator throughout the session.
-
Sessions are for adults 18 years and older.
-
Only the person receiving the session participates.
-
The entire process takes place in one session, including the interview, regression, and Subconscious portion.
-
The hypnosis portion is recorded for the client, not for the practitioner. The practitioner only keeps a copy if there is a mutual agreement.
-
Session follows HIPAA rules of privacy protection, and can only be shared with client's authorization.
QHHT is a spiritual and metaphysical practice. Experiences during hypnosis are personal and subjective and should not be understood as scientifically established proof of past lives or metaphysical realities.
The session is an invitation to explore, question, listen, and discover what meaning the experience may hold for you.
